Sam Ayoub

Sam brings over a decade of experience in real estate investment and residential construction. With an engineering degree from the University of Illinois, he blends technical precision with a sharp eye for design, equal parts builder and architect at heart. Since launching his real estate journey in 2013 and going full-time into homebuilding in 2017, he’s led the successful delivery of high-quality, thoughtfully designed homes that stand the test of time.

Having lived in Jordan and Chicago, Sam brings a global perspective and a deep-rooted passion for building with care and integrity. His leadership is hands-on, collaborative, and always focused on creating spaces people are proud to live in.

Outside of work, you’ll find Sam at various local concerts, or loudly defending the Chicago Bears and Cubs.
