Better Properties is a rental portfolio of residential properties focused on value-add opportunities in the growing Carolinas. Our portfolio started with a focus on renovating neglected properties near downtown areas and has grown to include land development and a shift to new build to rent construction projects. We continue to grow through the successful completion of infill, multifamily, and subdivision developments in major North Carolina cities.

Our expertise is derived from our experience in private equity finance, master planned community development, and construction management.
